Roasted Cauliflower
Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower cut into bite-size florets (about 8 cups), about 2 pounds
- 3 Tbsp olive oil or canola oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Toss the cauliflower with oil, salt, and any other seasonings you may be using on a baking sheet.
- Roast in hot oven until softened and lightly browned, about 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally to ensure even roasting.
