  • 1 cup carrot (1-2 carrots) grated
  • 1 cup turnips grated
  • parsley or carrot greens optional
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil or canola oil
  • 3-4 Tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
  1. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  2. Toss with grated carrot and turnip.

You can use apples instead of carrots.
