  • 1 head cauliflower cut into bite-size florets (about 8 cups), about 2 pounds
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil or canola oil

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Toss the cauliflower with oil, salt, and any other seasonings you may be using on a baking sheet.
  3. Roast in hot oven until softened and lightly browned, about 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally to ensure even roasting.
