- 2 cups radishes sliced
- 1 cup cucumbers quartered and sliced
- 1/2 cup red onion sliced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp vinegar of your choice
- Salt and pepper to taste

- In a large bowl mix olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Add radishes, cucumbers and onions and toss.
